ብርሃን ባንክ አ.ማ ከባለእዳዎቹ ላይ ለሚፈልገው ገንዘብ በዋስትና የያዛቸውን እና ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረትቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 እና በተሻሻለው አዋጅ ቁጥር 216/92 ለባንኮች በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡
